I find two women that are considered “hot” and give them my own hot or not hot rating.

Planet Katie on Bods for the Mods –> ~ Not Hot ~
I am torn on this rating. At first I see a cute girl topless in jeans and my jaw drops but then I look at “Planet Katie” and I am kinda turned off. Her hair looks like it has been colored about 100 to many times and she her make-up is caked on so thick that she looks like she will crack if she smiles. Am I crazy on this one? What do you think?
